INTRODUCTION NCP is committed in fostering a culture of gender equity and inclusivity. OBJECTIVES - Create a gender-sensitive and gender-equal work environment. - Provide equal opportunities to individuals belonging to diverse gender identities, including students, teachers, non-teaching staff, and the community. - Ensure equal access to all facilities at NCP for all stakeholders, regardless of gender. - Promote a culture of respect and equality for all genders. - Eliminate gender discrimination and harassment at the workplace, fostering a culture of safety. - Encourage equal participation and decision-making processes for all genders.
